Degree of error with Pi and Phi
The Golden Ratio approximation of squaring the circle is in-error by a small bit.
- Calculated with Pi (π) and Phi (Φ):
- 2π√Φ = 7.992335...
- The calculated value (7.99923...) is within 0.007665... of being an even eight (8).
Additionally, as if the pyramid builders knew something, the sides of the pyramid are not planar. They have a very slight fold on the planar face of the pyramid. The base is actually not square, then, but eight-sided –very slightly. The extra length of the non-square base may be enough 'fudge factor,' physically, to remove the physical-error that does not agree with the Pi-Phi calculation.
